Playloop covers everything your kids outgrow, ages 0–6 — toys, clothes, books, gear, furniture, anything that's still got life in it. List an item and pick one path: swap it for points, sell it for cash, or donate it. More swaps means more playtime, without the shopping.

Join or browse

Pop in a community code from your school, neighborhood, or parenting group. No code? Browse everyone in your city instead.

List an item and choose a path

Snap a photo of anything your kids have outgrown and our AI helper drafts the title and description. Pick one path for that item — swap, sell or donate — then publish, and we'll take a look before it goes live.

Request an item

Found something perfect for your kid? Tap request, and the family who listed it gets a friendly note.

Owner approves

They say yes or no thanks. No pressure either way.

Points transfer, or you settle in person

For a swap, your points move over to the other family and no money is involved. For a sale, you pay the family directly in person — playloop is never part of the payment.

Meet up

The family who listed it picks the spot — usually a park, a café, or right at school pickup, within a few days.

Leave a review

A thumbs up, a kind note if you feel like it. That's it.

Swap, sell or donate — one path per item.

Swap for points

The heart of playloop, and how most things move. Points transfer between families and no cash is involved, so nobody haggles or feels awkward.

Sell for cash

You can list an item for cash instead. The sale happens in person, directly between the two families — playloop does not process, hold or take a cut of any payment. We just make the listing and the introduction.

Donate it

Pass it on to our partner donation organization instead, and we coordinate the handover for you.

You pick one path when you list — it isn't a mix. Either way, your first listing earns you 5 playloop points, whether it's a swap, a sale or a donation. And every item you pass on earns points towards the next thing your kid falls in love with.

After 4 days with no response it auto-declines and your points come straight back. No awkward reminders needed.

Nothing's lost. We'll nudge the other family to leave a review, and you can try again whenever works for you.

Yes — the lovely part is that it goes on to another family. If you're not quite ready to part with something, keep it for now.

Send us a message. We'll help sort it out and put your points back if the listing wasn't honest. For a cash sale, the payment is between the two families, so please check the item over before you hand money across.
