They say yes or no thanks. No pressure either way.

Your points move over to the other family. No money changes hands between families, ever.

The family who listed it picks the spot — usually a park, a café, or right at school pickup, within a few days.

Playloop points

Playloop's job is to keep money out of the swap, so nobody haggles or feels awkward.

List your first toy and 5 points land in your account right away — enough for your first swap. It's our way of saying welcome.

Every toy you pass on to another family earns points towards the next thing your kid falls in love with.

What if?

After 4 days with no response it auto-declines and your points come straight back. No awkward reminders needed.

Nothing's lost. We'll nudge the other family to leave a review, and you can try again whenever works for you.

Yes — the lovely part is that it goes on to another family. If you're not quite ready to part with something, keep it for now.
