Listings
Every listing is reviewed by a human.
Not "AI-moderated." Not "flagged after the fact." A real person on our team looks at every listing before it goes live. That's slow and it doesn't scale forever — but right now, while we're small, it's the right thing to do. We'll tell you honestly when that changes.
- We check photos match the description.
- We reject anything unsafe, recalled, or clearly damaged.
- We keep listings for kids 0–6 only.
- Usually approved in a few hours during the day.
Meetups
Meet where it feels right to you.
The family who listed the toy picks the meeting spot. Most swaps happen at school pickup, a nearby park, or a café — somewhere both families would already be. Our advice: keep it in a public place, bring a friend if you'd like, and use in-app messaging so we can help if something feels off.
When something goes wrong
You'll hear back from a real person.
If a swap falls through, a toy shows up not as described, or anything feels off — message us. We'll help you sort it out, refund your points if you were let down, and follow up with the other family. No forms, no ticket queues.
